Logitech MK850 Performance Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo $99 @ Officeworks & JB Hi-Fi

160

I was looking for a decent deal on a keyboard and mouse combo for my father to use with his Dell Optiplex and got a notification for a 35% price drop on the Logitech MK850 combo at Officeworks. It appears JB Hi-Fi are offering the same price are offering the same price currently also so not sure who dropped their price first. Was able to go into my local Officeworks (West Gosford, NSW) and pick one up. Having a look at the website it appears there is plenty of stock with free metro delivery on orders over $55.

Only previous deal I found was back in June for USA stock at $94 Details below.

  • I believe they sorta price match Newegg. Newegg got that price since Saturday I believe.

    And it's $1.20 cheaper on Newegg, with the $30 off $75 deal

    • Not too bad really. Happy to pay $1.20 extra for local stock IMO.

  • Ifnyoure looking for just the mouse in this set, you can get it for $45 here:

  • Cheaper to buy from amazon.com (currently $59.99 USD).

      It isn't sold through Amazon.com directly so you can't actually get it delivered here from Amazon.

      I saw it on Amazon too and when I tried to checkout I received;

      We are currently unable to ship items sold by third parties to Australian shipping addresses.
      Please check to see whether Amazon sells the item you would like to purchase or choose a shipping address that is not in Australia to proceed. Some restrictions may still apply depending on the item.

      • Just noticed it was used anyway.

        I did actually buy one from them back in June for $66.19USD, and then was pissed off to find them on catch of the day for ~$88AU (cheaper than the bargain posted here). That price disappeared a couple of months ago.

        • Any feedback on it? Reviews seem decent.

          • @AdamFury: The mouse is good, but the default assignments for the thumb buttons are annoying and require installing the bloated logitech software to reassign them.
            The keyboard is not so good. The keys don't have much travel and it feels like a laptop keyboard. When switching between hosts it often fails to connect, the only way to fix it is to cycle the mouse's connection.

            @AdamFury: I can't fault it, I have this at work and have been using it for the last 6 months.
