One of my friends brought this along camping and we used it for hours over three nights and was still not dead by the end. Awesome unit.
I have woned this and the UE BOOM 2/ Megaboom units.
The unit is good, but i think the BOOM 2 is better.
Yes BOOM2 doesn't have as much bass but the clarity and sound stage is better in my opinion plus the 360 degree sound is a good feature.Also i know its more $$ but the megaboom is even better and has bass if you can afford it.
I find whilst this unit has BASS it is kind of muffled bass and the mids and highs suffer for it.
\Just wondering - I've been looking for a Power Up charger for the Boom/Megaboom (3's) - cheapest I can find is $48 from Logitech directly or Officeworks, have you seen any deals/discounts for this?
This is a solid unit. Buy without hesitation, trust me.
