Been looking around for one of these and saw some good bargains posted but stumbled across this deal from NewEgg that was a tiny bit cheaper.

Looks like it's probably shipped from the US but they say 4-7 business days.

Will work really well alongside a Google Home Hub / Google Home / Chromecast if you also have those.

EDIT: Even cheaper again now with the coupon code. Don't think I've seen this advertised any cheaper.

  bunnings price matched the ring door bell deals from good guys …went with the 720p came to $99 …..
  they also have the 1080p one at bunnings and that matched to just over $200 but figured go with 720p for $99, it’s only a doorbell, not like watching a movie or dash cam you might use in court.

    It mentions in the box contents it comes with a "release tool" so it's probably got a way of securing it built in. If someone was to steal it then 1. You have a video of them doing so that you can give to the police and 2. I'd assume Nest are smart enough to need the old owner to remove/reassign the device if they sell it, so the other person won't be able to use it as it will still be tied to your account.

    Ring also offer a free replacement if the doorbell is stolen. Not sure about the Nest.

      Nest looks to be US and Canada only.
      Not sure if that's the same for Ring.

  But I'd need a sparky to set this one up, and the existing doorbell is not facing the front yard, which limits its usefulness as an extra security cam.

      They just cancelled my order and I ordered a new one with the promo code - sorted!
