God I bought 2017 version last year, and it has since automatically updated to 2018 and now 2019. I just purchased the $30 Total Security key but when I type it in it says:
"You already have an active subscription for the product on this account.
You currently have 2 active subscriptions
Bitdefender Total Security
"
Any ideas? And before anyone asks, yes my 2017 key is the Bitdefender Total Security 2017. I thought it was just a straight up add to subscription.
Chat online with them. I think you may have 2 different type of subscription. This happened to me too. I asked them to cancel auto-renewal. They also help me to merge 2 of my subscription into 1
