    Does this identify pm2.5?

    • Atmotube mesures temperature, humidity and VOCs.
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are emitted as gases from certain solids or liquids. In fact, they may be emitted by a wide array of products, including paints and lacquers, paint strippers, cleaning supplies, household products such as varnishes and wax, cleaning and disinfecting, products, building materials (plywood and particleboard) and furnishings, office equipment such as copiers and printers, glues and adhesives. Along with carbon, they contain elements such as hydrogen, oxygen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, sulfur or nitrogen.

VOCs can cause eye, nose, and throat irritation as well as headaches, loss of coordination, and nausea. They may also cause damage to the liver, kidney, and central nervous system. Some are suspected or known to cause cancer.

Yes completely understand the VOC issue. I have a number of air filters at home and they sense both VOC and dust particles. I had hoped this would be able to do both as well.

        • Actually our next generation device Atmotube Pro is going to detect pm1, pm2.5 and pm10. It's launching in March 2019
