hmm anyone have any thoughts on how MyProtein compares to bulknutrients? Price/service - actual quality of the Protein (Real data, not that empty 90% purity marketing slogan lol)…
Bulknutrients have gone downhill last couple of years (since they've dominated the online Protein reseller market)
Id say shipping is slower coming from the UK. Product is normally a little more expensive than VPA or BN as well but with 50% discount its decently cheaper.
I only buy natural flavoured WPC as a supplement to add to my diet for strength and recovery purposes a long with 3-5g creatine daily. No preworkouts, no shake intake timing, No cassein for slower protein uptake. It is purely to cheaply add a little more protein dense energy to my diet and often mixed in a smoothie/bowl or with cocoa and milk.
I bought it last week for aroung $13kg (10kg worth) and worked out that it was half the price of drinking $1/L milk for the same protein amount (about 700ml of milk a day). something like 30c a 30g scoop to 70c for 700ml milk both about 25g of protein.
