Yes you can. In fact, Wilson Parking would probably love it if you booked and didn't turn up because it would be free money for them. :)
You pay at the time you make the booking, and you can cancel for a refund so long as you do so before your booking time and before you have entered the car park.
Does the code have an expiry date?
No. I've been using this code for years. Also works for Flinders gate and collins
