It's a good deal, but I've heard mixed things about the Seagate. If you can afford it, the WD My Book 8TB for around $200 is worthy, I have had 4 of them running 24/7 + being accessed very frequently for about a year and no failing. Heard similar reviews online too.

Yep, the rep commented saying you can do multiple transactions. To make sure, I'd go back to the shopback site and repeat the steps to make sure it's tracked correctly.
