              • @calvinsum: hey calvinsum - I used Allied Express but I would not recommend them - such a stressful experience (completely unprofessional).

                Have you used DHL?

                • @LongMemory82: Not yet. Tried to get quotes from several couriers and they all refuse to ship such a huge item. Will try DHL and see how it goes. Thanks for your suggestion. It’s been a nightmare for asking Amazon to arrange a pick-up service to take the TV back…

                  • @calvinsum: I would contact Amazon and demand a refund now, saying that you have tried to return this but no one will accept this due to the size of it.

I’ve got mine yesterday (65inch) and found the same issue as yours. This is a total rubbish (maybe that’s why it was so cheap). Bleeding LED lights from the middle part of the screen. The frame does not align with LED screen. Contacted amazon online customer service directly. Rejected their stupid offer of 10% even 20% discount. What I want is to return it and get myoney back. Discussed the shipping issue for return as it’s not even an easy task to put it huge TV back to the original package, not to mention ship it back! I will not take the responsibility of return shipping cost anyway. Amazon said they would arrange a pick up for me in 5 business days and I just need to keep everything including package that comes with the TV. Will see how it goes and update it here when it’s sorted.

There's one feedback regarding this issue under this TV on Amazon, which I think is LongMemory82's feedback, so it would be helpful if you do the same as that would make it easier for anyone else who receives a bad unit like you guys did. I received the 55" one, but haven't set it up yet. Will do that today and hope for the best. If I find it faulty then I'll post a negative feedback and demand for a return and refund.

        • Yes I left my review under LongMemory82 and my comment is being reviewed by Amazon at the moment.

          • @calvinsum: Hope you've attached photos of the issue like LongMemory82 did as that would make the chance of the review being posted very high. Hopefully Amazon will sort it out in the end, and this won't be a widespread issue with all these TVs.

@AussieDaddy: Yes I attached several pictures showing the bleed and the non-sealed part between screen and frame.
