  After an 19 day wait I just got this

  documents that you have provided have passed the initial validation stage. Your Product's Serial Number will be validated within the next ten (10) business days.

    You not the longest, l submitted on 4/12 and got the initial validate email on 27/12, that's 23 days then just got finalised today.

  Finally got confirmation today;

  "Congratulations! Your claim for an Electronic Funds Transfer as part of the ‘Samsung SSD Cash Back Promotion’ has been approved."

  Now the waiting continues apparently funds will be transferred within (28) days lol.

  I just got my emails for the first stage…. 5 different ones, initially had to call them as I uploaded one invoice twice.

  Started off well:

  Received confirmation of registration for cashback on 3rd Dec. Email said should hear back within 15 business days once claim reviewed.

  Received initial validation confirmation on 21st Dec. Email said should hear back in another 10 business days.

  Received chasback approval on 3rd Jan. Email said cashback will appear in bank account within 28 days (not just business), with several additional days possibly necessary to be cleared.

  But then it went to sh*t:

  On 6th Feb I emailed Samsung to notify them it had been 34 days since the previous email and the funds had still not cleared.

  On 8th Feb they respond with approval email, saying funds have been processed today. Please allow 2-5 business days for them to appear in your account.

  18th Feb, I email back saying funds have still not cleared.

  18th Feb they reply saying
  "We are aware of this issue and we are currently working towards the same. Will keep you posted as soon as we rectify the issue."

  Starting to get pretty pissed off TBH.
  Anyone else experienced this?

    Same here.. I haven't received the fund so I emailed them and got the same reply saying they are aware of the issue and fixing it.. My friend submitted later than me but he already got the money..

      Interesting.
      If I haven't heard back in a couple of days I think I'll start lodging complaints with the relevant government agencies.
      You'd think a company like Samsung would be all over this.

    Got the below email on 8th Feb and it's still yet to be cleared, just emailed them and will probably get the same email they replied to you:

    Dear XXX,
    Unique Claim Reference Number: SDN00XXX.
    Congratulations! Your Electronic Funds Transfer as part of the 'Samsung SSD Cash Back Promotion' has been processed today.
    Please allow 2-5 business days from the date of this email for the funds to appear in your nominated bank account.
    Should you have any further queries, please email us at [email protected] or call us on 1800 900 730.

    I just checked and I am also experiencing the same issue. I have emailed them to find out some more information as to why this is happening.

    EDIT: Looks like I got my approval email around the same time as vita.

  Just got another (this being the 2nd) "congratulations you will be paid in 2-5 business days" email today.

    Same here, I received 2 of those "you will be paid in 2-5 business days" emails, and finally received payment yesterday (3 months after buying the drive).
