Just a heads up on this deal - sizing is limited. I was looking at the Craftsman Chelsea boots - size 8.5 not available. Only limited sizing available with this boot (I suspect the most popular?).
Ordered 3 in mid October and having a lot of trouble getting it sorted. 1 arrived, 2nd wrong size (no resolution yet), 3rd nowhere to be seen (no update). Lots of back and forth emails and promises to have it sorted but then its ignored.

Im sorry if it upset you but I felt that being $700 out of pocket was a fair call. There have been 4 deals and I have patiently waited without any negative votes but at this stage I feel that it is fair to share my experience.
Have you asked for a refund? I too ordered two pairs in Oct and have been given a million and one reasons as to delays, even thought I ordered standard stuff. I'm not comfortable with waiting any more, so I've decided to ask for a full refund today. Will keep you posted should I encounter any hassles.

This is the third pair I’ve bought from them! Bought two other pairs a month or so ago. I received mine with no issues. But my girlfriend has some slight damage to her boots. She’s currently in communication with them to fix the issue…it’s taking a bit long for them to sort it out though. Sort of like the above poster said..back and fourth emails and promises that aren’t being kept… They were supposed to reply this morning with a resolution. Hopefully they do soon.
