I think this is the best price at the moment. The price beats all of the camera retailers in the eBay 20% off sale.

BIG NOTE:
I think you should go price match at a Sony Kiosk so you can take advantage of the Cashrewards $60 cashback for $500 spend (someone link the offer).
I'm gonna try tomorrow to get the price down and see what they can do. Currently the total price should be $959.15 (after cashback). If they manage to take the price off the extra battery, it could be lower. As I have said, try your luck tomorrow.

  Great camera but I wish they would increase the zoom just a bit. 24-70 is a bit limited, considering the Canon G7x Mark2 has 24-100 with a similar lens and sensor set up.

    I have used both. G7x M2 has very slow focus and slow HDR. Can't be compared with this.

      Cool, did not know Mark 6 was out already. 8 times zoom is awesome if they managed to do it without compromising low light performance, but $1549; ouch!

  Great price with the spare battery. Though you can get discounted gift cards for both JB Hifi and eBay, the ebay deals are great when claiming TRS on the original selling price (assuming you have enough time at airport)

  Currently also $1019 at Sony. You can split transactions at the Sony kiosk too (for those with the Amex offer/Cashrewards Visa offer). Great if you have the Amex offer saved on 3 cards. :)
