I unlocked a ZTE model from Boost/Coles sometime ago.
Before buying find the OEM model and check listings like this one

All I can say, you MUST be very patience with the phone.
Telstra Alcatel 1C $59 will be a much better choice

Does any of the Optus phone listed in this offer works with Amaysim SIM without unlocking, since Amaysim is over Optus network shouldn't that work ?
