  • still says $18 for me and extension found ELEC code for a $1.60 off

  • This is a decent price. I paid AUD$35 delivered for this set a year ago.

  • +1

    Not genuine Xiao Mi?

    • Would like to know this as well

    • Third review down says "The products are not original, but the quality does not differ from the originals. I've been using for a month and I'm happy".

    • +13

You know the end of the world is near when cheap Chinese knock-offs are copying cheap Chinese products ;)

  • Just when I was looking for a new one….. great price

    • Same, desparately need to replace the main brush

  • Good price… Thanks…

  • Cheers,

  • How often do you guys wash your filters and replace them?
I've had the roborock 2 for about two weeks and have washed the filter once. It gets daily use.

    • +3

Put some toilet paper across the filter (as a second stage filter) - stops the filter needing to be cleaned as often, just throw out the tp every couple of days.

  • So this is for V1 model only then?

    • +1

From website:"Not only for 1st but also 2nd generation XIAOMI Robot Vacuum"

Did you click on the link at all?
OP maybe add the below to the description..

  • Wish i'd seen this post last week!

  • Thanks OP, get 2.

      Yes boss

  • Will this work with the roborock s50?

    • +1

Roborock s50 is 2nd generation Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner so yes it should work.

  • Sweet! Really needed these and the wife has been hassling me to get em!

    • That’s your wife’s Xmas pressie sort then haha

  • Thanks. Bought 3.

  • It shows up $1.82 shipping fee for me to Melbourne inner suburb.

  • Thanks. Got one.

  • Thanks - perfect timing. I paid $37.88 for this set in June 2017 and have been stretching the filters all that time. Bought 3 sets so that should get me through until 2023 :)

  • About 30c cheaper if you pay in USD with a fee free card. Although not sure how this impacts on cashrewards.

  • Had the v1 for a while now - not sure when the brushes needs to be replaced? Both looks fine to me after more than a year of use?

    • The app tells you when the recommended times are to clean things or replace parts.

      • I replace the HEPA filters every 3 months. I know the app reminds you but not totally convinced that is based on usage though …

    • Life hack found on Amazon for these vacuum's. Place toilet paper in front of the filter before you insert it back into the dust bin, and replace every few days (if you use daily). I haven't need to change or clean the filter since buying over a year ago.

  • I get GRAND TOTAL of $11.17 in the cart, but then when I go to pay it goes up to $12.29 because they add GST. Oh… now I see that in the description.

  • +1

Thanks OP. I specifically came to OzB looking for a deal on spare parts for my Xiaomi vacuum. I feel like I just scored a bingo!

  • Thanks OP, missus was hassling me for replacement and ebay listers had this price for a single filter.

  • +1

Is the deal over. Listed as $18.16 for me

  • +1

Bummer, I had it in my cart (other warehouse), and was checking out, then it changed during checkout to $33

Edit: don't pay $18, if you still want it this seems to be better value now for $15.37:

    • Cheaper on ebay

    • +1

      Promotion sale still active

      • Yay, it came back. Guess they added extra stock at that price. I managed to check out now. Thanks for the heads up :-)

  • Does the brushes really need replacing ??
I mean it's a brush, it still brushes and turns.

Or replace due to its brush hair loss due to use?

Filter since it's washable, if washed gentlely, wouldn't it last a long time too?

That said, I will be ordering two sets as spades too , that is becoz my dog chewed the main brush when it somehow came loose and fell off and he thought of it as a new toy

    • if you live in a household with people with long hair, then a lot of hair tends to get get stuck around the brush and if its not removed often it becomes a huge pita to remove, so a good option to replace if lazy

      • The little white cutting tool makes hair removal reasonably easy.

    • +1

We have a few sources of long hair in the house. I find the main brush does wear and tear. It's not too hard to get it reasonably clean, but the rubber 'blades' and the brushes get torn and bent out of shape by hair and other fibers getting tightly wrapped around it. I'm not sure how much that affects performance.

The side brushes don't seem to deteriorate in my experience.

  • Deal seems to expired.

    Priced upped

    • Damn missed it!

    • +2

No, you need to select 'other warehouse'(below the price)

      • The deal was out for a little bit, 'other warehouse' was showing around $33 for a while. Glad I kept on checking though, as it came back and got to buy one. Cheers OP!

      • Thanks! Thought I missed the deal but picked other warehouse

Placed the order and paying wiht PayPal, the message showed the Australian Govt collects 10% GST on this order. What Duh !! This thing is made and shipped from China. Has any retailer in Aus put in any effort for this sale… crap

    • +3

GST is a consumption tax. You pay it because you will use those products in Australia.

If on the other hand we ship things overseas, no GST applies. You can even make use of that when you take things overseas, TRS…

  • It's still active. Just paid $12.29 inc gst

  • Awesome. Grabbed it

  • Great price! Thank you OP!

  • Just paid $12.07 inc GST, USD on 28 Degrees card

  • Grabbed 2 for $22.24 thanks op needed new ones originals are still going
