      Agree. I managed to get all 11 for free and I have ab Australian account.
      Don't think this deserves a neg just cuz it expired.

    Google is your friend, my friend

    To put it simply,
    Log out ur current acct,
    Change ur location to US
    Go to Appstore, search "mtrip"
    Click free city app like Shanghai
    When asked apple id, register a new one, select no credit card, make up a fake or search a real US address
    Activate your new US apple ID then log in and download

      Great wowoyu … I thought iTunes would catch me out … so that's good for all freebies, terrific.

      Another time, I'll see if I can graduate to where I need a credit card. I presume this one is a little more difficult (especially as I dont know anyone living in the US).

  I got notifications from Appshopper app last night and managed Shanghai,Singapore and Tokyo. This morning I tried to download the rest of the cities only to find they are not free in Aus app store anymore!
  Not to worry, log out and re-log in my US acct and guess what? All of them are still free!
  Downloading now…

  How to get a US apple store ID? Google it…

  To put it simply,
  Log out ur current acct,
  Change ur location to US
  Go to Appstore, search "mtrip"
  Click free city app like Shanghai
  When asked apple id, register a new one, select no credit card, make up a fake or search a real US address
  Activate your new US apple ID then log in and download
