    Thank you Stan Lee.

I learn how to read because of marvel comics.

We will….I will always remember you and may you rest in peace.

    • Rest in peace

The legend of Stan Lee will live on in his characters, comics, cartoons and cameos. He has been a tremendous guide to the morals and motivation of young people.

If you think being a boot licking cheer squad for the establishment is tremendous, sure,

      *learnt

They never said they learnt how to write or spell

      • It's just funnier cause Borat called them out on it.

      • +1

"Learned" is preferable, as it is acceptable in both American and Commonwealth English, whereas "learnt" is only acceptable in the latter.

        • +1

I think what you're saying is, everyone else is accepting of each other, but with America it's their way or they don't want to play.

Always looked forward to seeing Stan Lee's cameos. Damn. :(

    • At least 2 left, Capt Marvel & Avengers 4.
I am defn going to see them!

      • Has it been confirmed that he made cameos for these two movies?

        • +2

Yes, it's confirmed as he managed to film them before passing away.

I hope there will be an additional beginning or credits scene in those movies to honor him.

          • +1

@luffyex2010: I hope so too! He deserves a lot of recognition for his work's impact on pop culture. I always wanted him to cameo next to Howard the Duck at a bar.

I believe he'll be appearing as a Skeleton in the next Avengers movie

        too soon?

        • -1

I guess he might still be dust in the avengers movie like half the cast?

Spare a moment for Kevin Smith at this time, a great inspiration and loss to him. It was thanks to Mallrats which introduced me to Stan Lee. I hadn't really heard of the man behind the scenes of the Marvel Universe before then. I learnt that he was a cool, charismatic, humble and friendly guy despite his success, fortune and popularity. We can all take a leaf out of his (comic) book.

Who is Spiderman? Is he related to Spider-Man?

      Distant relative of Spoderman

    • Updated :)

      • Lol, why? I’m just taking the piss.

People who genuinely get annoyed at it are as lame as people who hate it being written as Dr. Who, despite it literally being written as that for years way back when.

        • Might as well get it right for Stan

    • He's got nothing on Spiders-Man. Whoever thought that up was probably Aussie.

  • RIP Stan, you changed all our lives for the better.

  • Even at this age I always love Comics, RIP Stan.

  • Love the 90s animated series:
