    I can only see the bonus $10 card on the phone app and not the desktop browser, and I can see the $100 card on the desktop browser but not the phone app. Any suggestions?

    Thanks, just got Prezzee swap one for myself. i still havent recieved an email but $100 prezzee card appears in my account. then wife brought one using her account she got an email for both $100 prezzee card and $10. is there a delay up to 3 hours or system issue has anyone else experienced the same thing? who do i email if the $10 bonus email never shows up as i know i was within the first 500 since wife purchased hers after and got the $20 bonus email.?

      Check in your Prezzee wallet. The purchased cards, and the bonus cards, should all be listed there. I'm fairly sure it should be there even if you haven't seen the email, assuming it was in fact processed.

        For the bonus card we need the link on the email to claim it.
        So the bonus won’t automatically appear in the wallet

          all sorted out now. i emailed them and they said my email was set to block spam so thats why i never got the email. i dont know how that happen as i still get the promo ads from them. anyway they sent me the url via sms so i ended up getting the $10 bonus in the end.

    I'm surprised that the swap card is still available since ppl jump on the 6 or 7% Woolies discount so quickly in the past.

      Maybe they haven't worked out that you can use to swap for a Woolies one? I can't get one anyway since all my transaction attempts with two cards have been unsuccessful. Prezzee emailed me back saying that it's anti fraud measure and some good people get caught by it too :S

        I had the same issue, tried website about 5 times (3 different cards). I tried again after 9 am (AEDT) and it finally worked. Have you tried again today?

    So can you purchase a Prezzee Gift Card, get the $10 for that, then use the Prezzee Gift Card to purchase a Good Guys gift card and get the $10 for that? Or is there some restriction on what "purchase" means?

      No, you "swap" the Prezzee gift card. Purchase means you need to enter card details for the different gift cards.

    Just purchase a few gift cards. Received all cards including the $10 bonus cards super fast within a minute of payment confirmation. This should be the benchmark for all egift cards vendors.
