          Yea, has a hotshoe which is removed in later models.
          Cheaper than anywhere else. An annoyance for me when I had it is the drastic drop in aperture as you zoom, making low light photography and video almost impossible.

      Depend on how far you sit from the TV, but 65" is usally pretty good.
      Get 75" if you have large living room.

        Sitting at about 4.1m with a 120 inch, 4k projector drop down in front of it…

        I NEED a TV soon when we eventually move in. The longer I wait, the closer I get to justifying a 75 inch in OLED. If timing is off, I'll be comfortable with where 65 inch OLED prices are at the moment. I just can't justify buying a TV to have it sit there doing nothing, given TV prices drop almost daily.

    I only have one niggle about buying through Sony - they use DHL and insist on signature on delivery.

    I have to drive 25km to their depot tomorrow to pick up a Dualshock 4 :(

        I did that once when I ordered stuff from rebelsport… DHL claimed that they didn't have access to THEIR OWN parcel locker facility and sent it back to rebelsport. Luckily the lady who called me from rebelsport offered great customer service and sent it out again free of charge (I picked a post office this time). She was a bit perplexed about wtf DHL had done though haha!

      Should of jumped on the $199 ($186 after Cashback) Amazon deal for the V1 + camera.

      But yeah I'd pay this price (~$266 after Cashback) now knowing how awesome it is.

      Note I already had move controllers from PS3 + PS4 VR compatible games.
      If you don't have either of those expect to add another $120-$150 on top of the PSVR purchase price.

    If I'm not mistaken, the PS4 Pro deal is pretty good (Almost as good as the Amazon deal, but just not upfront):

      8K TV's will have next to no content, and typical for new TV resolution increase it will be astronomical in price, as such the demand for 4K TV's will remain the same and the price will remain the same.

      I understand where you're coming from, but it's always like this with tech. As soon as you buy it, it's likely to be cheaper and superceded (a good example is I paid $1296 for the 65p7, courtesy of the HN deal posted here the other day. Not even 24 hours later, it could be had for $100 less).

      In saying that, Black Friday might bring better deals, just have to be content with whatever you decide to buy and try and avoid buyer's remorse (easier said than done sometimes :) ).

              @johnthepg: After a week, its pretty decent. Didn't realise it had built in chromecast so Ive been using that a lot. Google Home Speakers also works with this tv so I've been using that cool feature a lot too. 4K definitely looks amazing with my Xbox One X however going from a monitor with 5ms to this which is around 24ms it's definitely noticeable. However 24ms is still amazing for the screen size and 4k display, just takes time to adjust. Haven't had the opportunity to watch sport yet.

    No more discount on the KD55A9F or KD65A9F OLEDS than what you can get from the Good Guys for currently $4498, $6498 (actually less than that with the GoodGuys 10% off website offer).

    Those prices Sony are passing of as a discount should of been the RRP anyway. Even recent news article quote the 55" at $4999 and the 65" at $6499 that were given to them by I'm assuming Sony-

    playstation 4 slim + game + extra controller for around $400, should I buy now or wait for a steeper ps4 pro deal?
