Apparently Uber Pool has some promotion going on which isn't mentioned anywhere. I travelled from Sydney CBD to Eastern Suburbs and they charged me $1 for 2 people and the rest amount got deducted as promotion.
This happened twice. To and fro.
I just assumed this was an awesome bug that I didn't want to raise awareness of.
I got AUSNOV12 - which gives me $5 off each ride until sunday 18th! I think that might be targeted as well.
