Grabbed a LIFX mini white last week for $29 from Amazon

It’s an Australian brand so while you can get a Xiaomi one for cheaper, that’s the actual RRP of the Mini White (for comparison, I think the Mini Colour is $70?)
Philips hue white is $25-28
You also didn't mention that Philips requires a hub.
