I get the exact same thing with my Ghost Recon Bundle. Also, my FarCry 2 doesn't have a serial nor download link.
My Far Cry 2 doesn't either… both email and website. This was with the bundle. I hope this was just because of the overloaded servers and not Ubishops usual performance. Would suck to buy a game and not be able to get it… probably why I stick to retail discs.
i got the following budles thinking i'd play them, but will probably never have time.
so rather than hang onto them for ages, i'll pass them out if someone wants them

Bad news guys.
Downloaded and installed Call of Juarez (the only game I really wanted), and upon starting up the game it asked for the serial. So I entered the serial I got in the email which fit perfectly into the boxes, and it came up with the error INVALID SERIAL. I am now on attempt 3/5 and too scared to try again.
Could they already have revoked the serials? Anyone else got Call of Juarez to work?

I suspect they might have a legal right to revoke the cd-keys if they can prove that the advertised price was an error and could reasonably be identified as an error by the purchaser (which is the case). However that might only extend to the seller not being obliged to honour that price - if a transaction has actually taken place then it could also be argued that the seller has agreed to conduct the transaction at the advertised price… in which case anyone lucky enough to have gone through with it will be laughing.
Well, to be honest - seriously honest - in today's deals and specials it hardly can be argued that it could have been identified as an error by the purchaser. There is a LOT of paid games temporarily for free, etc. In addition to it the right price was still there - strike through - with a "special deal" price underneath. BTW - not ALL games were discounted to $0.
Still don't believe that it was an error, marketing stunt maybe? BTW - my key for Avatar activated fine about 30 min ago… :-)
With regards to the impact - I do not believe there was many "Brodens" purchasing multiple copies (that could have been an error, allowing multiple copies). So how many people actually successfully downloaded the game during the short time? Probably not that much to worry ubisof even if it would be an error. (And maybe it is better for them to say it was a marketing test than their tech incompetency :) )
can digital copies be resold or transferred to other accounts(despite the legalities), is it possible?

Same here, I missed out but it's funny to see so many happy people talking about "my haul" and "what i scored", if you managed to get it while it was free, good on you! Enjoy! It's not like you're depriving someone else of a game when you get your free one, so it's all good. I think a big company like ubisoft will honour the deal too, invalid keycodes are probably due to technical problems rather than revocation of keys.

Mine are working, just installed The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom and Bundle The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom - DLC Pack 1 + DLC Pack 2. Unlocked the expansions in the game with no problems.

The ubisoft download manager is only downloading at 25kb/s for me… looks like everyone is downloading the games they got lol

For most of the games ubisoft send you the download link in the same email they send the serial. I didn't get assassins creed though so I can't tell you for sure.

Yeah everything worked for me except far cry 2. It says- Processing serial number or unlock code.

Nope, its like that for Silent Hunter but both AC1 and AC2 just have the download link to the TXT file.
