Legally, no(I think) because both parties have completed the transaction
But i have no doubts, that if that did happen, ubi will try to get all keys back or even give the user a discount or something, as it was ubi's fault, if not they will have to rewrite the game again

It appears to be a bug and it wouldn't surprise me if ubisoft tried to revoke them later but hasn't stopped me.
Bloody Good Time and Ruse activate on steam, others won't.

Jeez that's a lot of games!
at the moment, there is a glitch in the system, and sukiya they can nuke a digital distrubated game, or kill that seriel, So you wont get to play your games for long people, it will be a huge waste of your download quota, I would recommend stopping any downloads now, this issue has occured in the past on this same website, and I was caught out, just an FYI peeps
the only way you are going to be able to play your games after they have fixed the issue is permantly leave your internet disconnected, and with a lot of ubi games, they send a heart beat to the game at start up to see if its a legit obtained copy, and if it does not match, you will error out and not be able to play your game!
