What a lousy attempt to sell this vacuum. If my paid staff responds like this, I would have fired him.
A 10 minute googling found out that EUFY is a startup under Anker Innovations, the same reputable brand Anker from US that makes good quality stuff.

In short, this is a good budget vacuum in the US (about US$180++). Performs well for its price.
However, at $329 in Australia, as t3chshopper mentioned below, there is literally no reason to buy this over the Xiaomi one.
One review mentioned:

- not as quiet as they claim to be
- gets into jams often, sucks cables. Jams almost every 10mins and it stops.
There is literally no reason to buy this over the Xiaomi 1st gen vacuum.
That 'Digital trends' comparison looks like one of those lame comparisons where they rewrite the product blurbs and include some stock photos taken from a manufacturer's website. There was no actual hands on comparison of the items.
The only thing I'm happy about with Eufy is the price and the battery life, it runs longer than our current robot vacuum which is another brand. I agree on eating up the wires, our eufy does this almost every time and ends up getting stuck, not cool.
