For the ones that missed out Collier Bristow has another code slightly less then the previous but still a bargain to prices in Australia.

The 40% is valid on all RM Williams items not only on the craftsman. If you like something on the RM Williams website Colliers can get that in. Just email them on [email protected]

It’s also valid in Collier in-house items such as Cutler and Gross sunglasses and Filling Pieces sneakers.

For different fit i.e widths once you place your order email them on the above email address and they will be able to get any size or width you are after.

I placed a order for three craftsman and have been told that they have 500 pairs in stock ready to ship. They have also put on more staff to fulfill orders quickly so this time around should receive the orders quicker.

Also there is no need to pay extra GST on top.

    The guys got swamped with orders. I heard they got something like 400 orders to ship out. I would be patient as it seems like a lot of orders have started to being shipped out and people actually receiving them as well.

      I ordered mine around midway through the first day, and I received them last week. These guys are definitely legit, and they should be less swamped this time around.

      YMMV, but your local RM Williams store should oblige to exchange them if the sizing/colour etc is wrong.

          Yes I told them it was a gift so I didn't have a receipt. This was at RM Melbourne Central.

        They don’t replace anymore, showed them receipt from my qantas store purchase. They refused and asked to get in touch with qantas to get a replacement

    I haven't received anything from the very first sale (15th October). I've called their business in the UK, and they keep promising to send it. I opened a PayPal case and after offering a few responses promising to ship it on the next business day, they eventually just stopped replying. PayPal case got escalated, but I'm gonna give this vendor a neg.

    From what some people are posting, they've got their boots, but I didn't even get an order confirmation emailed to me when I paid with PayPal.

      Just got a call from Freddie @ Collier Bistrow.
      He'd let me know my situation was very special (I ordered it under my name to be sent to someone else under their name) which is why my order fell through the cracks.

      Glad to see communication, and I'll remove my neg on my previous comments and chuck the edit.
