      They need a section entitled “But What Is Shout, Exactly?”

    Made a donation via the website and the shout log and receipt section is empty, no record of a donation made. All I have is an e-mail confirming I've made a my 1st donation (or shout) and a link back to the website. Tried sending a message on the contact us page and can't even hit submit. Website is unreliable. Use at your own risk.

    It looks like a good idea, what i don't understand is how they fund the website and payment gateway side of things. It says it is powered by ANZ - but there is no details on how they are covering their costs?

    Is this a charity that a company runs? It looks like a good idea, but I want to know more about how they are covering all of these costs!
