  550kcal for dinner? Are you serious? The recommended daily intake is 2,000 kcal for women and 2,500 kcal for men. Unless you are on a strict diet, this is nowhere near sufficient for dinner.

      So you eat 1500-2000 kcal for breakfast and lunch? Ask any nutritionist if 550 kcal sounds sufficient for an adult's dinner and they will tell you "Not unless you are on a diet".

        I would say most people easily eat 500-800 calories worth of snacks a day as well.
