I went into BCF Taren Point to get a gas bottle refill for $19.99, and there were signs up saying 20% everything in the store. I overheard part of the conversation of the person in front of me at the register, and I thought it was just for BCF members, but they only charged $15.99 for a gas bottle refill and didn't ask for a BCF membership.
