Looks like a good deal. Not catch a plane and fly to Victoria good, but good nonetheless.

I was not sure about spending $50 on fruit and vege in one shop but having a further look at their website, it looks like it also sells:
    • Premium meat and seafood
    • Locally baked breads and pastries
    • Locally sourced range of milks
    • Premium cheese and antipasto
    • Premium smallgoods
    • Local and internationally produced oils and vinegars
    • Premium pasta, rice and grains
    • Locally sourced free-range eggs
    • Huge range of health foods
    • Premium quality yoghurts
    • Premium quality nuts and dried fruit
    • Locally made chocolates
    • Premium Ice cream and gelato
    • Jams and chutneys
    • Quality ready-made meals
    • Pantry ingredients for Italian, Spanish, Middle-eastern and Asian cooking
    • Locally roasted coffee and quality local teas

Not sure what the mark-up is though to make the $15 back on $50 spend worth it though but I'll definitely have a look this weekend out of curiosity.

Toscanos has a high end deli like section. You can buy gourmet pizzas, etc. That can be reheated at home. Will pop by to the Kew store to see what I can buy

That's a lot of 'premium'. Almost a deterrent for someone like me.

Yeah, that's the difference between the 50+ Marketing dept. that the mega-chains have vs 1 or 2 people doing that @ Toscano's.
I agree - although I don't envision the person that labelled it that way, understood that it would be presented in that manner online.

….Looks to me like someone paid a 3rd party to do the website but did not provide a detailed brief. Therefore they got the shit sandwich which is the website range that we see.

        • I have been to the store in Toorak and they are marketing to people who want premium, do not look at the prices and even prefer to pay more. In other words the opposite of the people on here. It is Toorak after all.

  • Probably good for the cashed-up people who buy their organic pink eggplants from David Jones…

    • Bought a overpriced pie from DJs once just to use Amex offer. Didn’t have anything else I wanted.

Saw the same pie from the gourmet pie store for 30% less. Pretty much my DJ Amex savings lol

      • You can get pies at DJ? I thought they sell clothes haha!

can we wait until Nov and double up with the shop small?

    • Are they usually in the Shop Small promo?

Hands down the best greengrocer in Melbourne. You will find something worth buying.

    • Which is the best store location and does Hawkesburn compare?

      • +1

Kew is the flagship. I go to Vic Gardens because it is more convenient and has caught up a lot. Hawkesburn I haven't been to in some time…

  • This is like previous Harris Farm Amex offers for NSW.

    • Harris Farm does not compare

      • Have you been to the more recently opened ones, such as in Lindfield?

  • Now with Shop Small also on and this offer still running, does that mean I get $15+$10 back for every $50 I spend?
That's a stacked 50% which is bloody good value!!

    • It should stack, I did a similar thing with an offer last year and it worked. There is also discussion on this here

I did $55 today and it activated both offers so you're green light to go!

the price of fresh produce wasn't even that much more than woolies or coles, definitely worth the 50% off

  • I just got back from the Kew Toscano's and was very happy to get five 320g Meredith Valley Marinated Goats Cheese's for $9.99 each (normally $13.00 in Coles) and with a single Birdseye chili managed to get it all for just over $50.

VERY VERY good value if you like this cheese.

Effectively $5 each with the double stack of Amex Shop Small and this Toscano deal.
