I got mine from the last deal. The filter leaks from the base where the plastic meets the metal part. The plastic threads are worn on the other end as we had to remove it 2-3 times to make sure it fits properly. Now I have a leak in 2 places. The plumber said its a bad product and to send it back. Not the seat but the filter. I asked PCMeal for a new filter and they are giving me a run around asking to prove the leak. I sent them a video + photos but they want a photo of the crack behind the nut. The nut can't be removed! So frustrated. Save yourself the trouble.
