ive tried a bunch of these machines and 'innovations'. Nothing beats a good knife and cutting board for vege prep if you want speed and the ability to clean utensils easily.
How well does a knife spiral cut veges out of interest?
it doesnt. just julienne veges and save time preparing and cleaning
