I've bought many things from them in the last 12 months: A fridge ($700); microwave ($150), and dishwasher ($1100). Still haven't received any $50 voucher from them so I suspect the criteria is more than just having bought something from them in the past (ie they haven't bought something from the store in more than 12 months).
Is there a code or something?

The last time I moved my old fridge decided that 15 years was long enough for it to stay operational.
That night I jumped on Appliances Online thanks to a suggestion from a friend. I measured the cavity for the fridge, checked the specs I wanted and ordered. Within 24 Hours I had a new fridge installed and ready to use. The old fridge was removed free of charge.
About 6 months later the new fridge packed it in so I contacted Appliances Online. If my schedule wasn't so busy I would've had a service technician out later that day, instead I got an appointment for first thing the following Monday. The service technician confirmed the fault. Again, within 24 Hours I had a new fridge installed and ready to use. The old fridge was removed free of charge.
Try getting that sort of competent friendly staff elsewhere!

Have bought a fair few things from them the best retailer I've ever dealt with. Once ordered a fridge during that eBay US 15% off thing around mid-night I think and the fridge turned up at around 7am haha.

Not affiliated with them in any way but bought fridge and dishwasher from them. If you identify item you want, call them and sometimes they can do special rates especially if buying more than one. Dispatch and delivery were spot on, they let you know in advance, take items upstairs (52nd floor for me), unwrap, install and show you it working before sign-off. You can even pay on the delivery day itself. Really really good service. Recommended.
