UPDATE: Just got an email from Quicken to say the book is on the way.
If you look at the bottom of the front page, it says
"Please note online registration closes 5 working days before each event. If you register within this time, please bring a printed copy of your registration confirmation to the event."
so by register I think they mean registering a place, not registering an account. Bookings cost $65 to register
and $30 to cancel.
