I've heard horror stories booking through this mob. Do you research when booking through a third party. Productreview.com provides some helpful reviews.
it's always one of those, okay unless you need to make changes. i've always gotten my confirmations within 24 hours of booking. if you don't you can follow up. you'll get booking #'s that will line up with the airline so i find it works.
No worries with my booking. Got my confirmation from Airlines as well.

I gave the code a go but it didn't work on DEC-JAN flights between Brisbane and Auckland.
Strange. I just used the code for Garuda flights next Easter and it definitely deducted $30 off the total.
Yea, no luck at all. I'm thinking that's probably because of Christmas-peak season but I don't know for sure. In what step did you see the deduction of $30, if you don't mind asking?
At the payment page. Underneath the amount was a coupon code box.
