Rx580 matches 1060 or sometimes beats it. I'd go vega56 for it's current price. Reviews shows that it matches a 1070ti
You can buy a GTX 1080 for $599 which is cheaper than a Vega 56 and would give you better performance.
(but you'll lose Freesync capability)
I wouldn't be paying anywhere near $600 for a Vega 56 — the prices are still inflated on it because people still buy it for mining purposes.
Vega64 owner here. A Vega56 doesn't really match a 1070ti.
I'd say it's between a 1070ti and 1070ti but in some cases the 1070 would be better.
Also, this is an RX570 (not RX580) and only 4GB. Might be a side-grade for the 3GB 1060, slight downgrade for the 6GB 1060.@idonotknowwhy:
