Not the lowest price I've seen, but a pretty awesome price on a double mattress. This mattress is super comfy, I have one, and would recommend to others.
They advertise as not delivering to TAS, however I'm from Tassie, and if you contact the outlet, they can organise a courier at an extra cost.

I'd say it's a medium feel. On the firmer side. The pillow top is awesome though. Would very highly recommend!
I had this for a year. Just got rid of it.
I bought multiple singles and King. The king was the worst of the lot. Felt really uncomfortable to sleep on and I just couldnt put my finger on why.
My wife and I basically slept on the couch every night unless we wanted back pain.
The kids, with their single beds, are happy as. Dunno why?
Maybe a bad batch? Not sure, they've got amazing reviews, I guess they're not for everyone. I've never slept better, personally.
Where are the reviews you're reading? I'm looking for a new mattress but hard to find consistent independent reviews.

I bought the single version of the 34cm one back in March. It was fine for the first month or so, but after that it started giving me back pain. You can only rotate it (the underside is just plastic), which I have done a few times now - and both ends have permanent indents in them; and I'm only 74kg :/
There's no real way to return these either, as it seems they require you to have it re-compressed and vaccuumed on your own dime.
My previous mattress cost about 400 and lasted 10 years… you definitely get what you pay for I suppose
I was concerned about this as a single male using a queen bed - but im 110kg - I hate sinking into the matress and didn't want that to happen. I bought their extra firm mattress in the last sale and it is bloody firm. My back is still getting used to it (have been using it for a week now).
I bought the queen about a month ago, and I’m experiencing similar issues. I thought I was imagining things after such glowing reviews in the previous deal.
Feels as if it’s sinking and is not comfortable at all. My lounge is comfier and leaves me with a better back the next day.

The wife and I have had one of these for a couple of months now; still the most comfortable mattress we've had. Nice soft top but nice and firm underneath.
Ordered single mattress for the kids and very chuffed - super quick delivery and have spent a couple nights in thier beds as they have invariably woken from a bad dream and moved into our bed.
very soft but understand why lack of support might be an issue (pillow top is really great, but can understand a need for a firmer base). Price / quality ratio is great
They also have a firm mattress and as you say the base can also impact. People can try placing boards under the mattress.
Got the King during the sale last month, would rate the firmness as medium (tending towards soft, but that may just be the top layer).
Zero smell, slept on it only a matter of hours after unpackaging.
We love it! Both sleeping much better than we had been, deep, comfortable sleeps.
Was nervous about buying such a cheap mattress, but wowee! Would certainly buy again knowing what we know now.
I have had mine for six months, king size, and love it. It is a great quality and not just for the price. It can feel a little soft but is still very supportive.

No this is not the same mattress, your link is to giselle mattress which is a different product altogether. Apparently giselle copied the look of zzz atelier mattress so it looked the same outside but different inside. Anyone from from WA don't bother, I have been waiting for over 17 days now. They keep blaming the train derailment which occurred 6 days before the transaction and the custom offer with shipping added.
They failed to update me when the mattress did not arrive on the estimated delivery date (3rd of September). They have since not updated me on the process… I have finally been offered a refund… But now I still don't have a mattress..
I placed an order for WA yesterday and says dispatched today. Scheduled delivery for 19th.
All mattress sizes back in stock, grabbed two singles for the kids, thanks!
Had my queen a month or so now, really like it. A few nights when I have overslept I have had some aches, but mostly it is fine.
