I bought a ladies vintage bike from them last month and didn’t get any of those.
Male vintage bikes always get this standard!

Be warned, this company has extremely poor customer service. If you search their other deals you can see how shocking some of the stories are.
I couldn't disagree more baycie, as far as the Adelaide store is concerned. I was wary of the online reports but the Reid CX was the only bike that met my specs in my price range. I wandered in, had all my questions answered without any pressure to buy and was helped with a test drive all in my own time. I ended up buying it and love my new bike.

I had the same experience. Worst customer service I've had in Australia. Also, this deal is pretty weak - a free water bottle, pump and bike lock when purchasing a new bike is the best they can do?!
I finally placed an order for a new bike this morning after doing lots of research. Reid bikes appear to be well specced for the price, but i wouldn't risk buying off them after reading far too many negative reviews. Ended up getting a great specced bike for a very good price from bicycles online, who get great reviews.
