I sent you a message that we have removed the $65 surcharge which was for items less then 3 and for installation purposes as well. But it is now removed. So what you are saying no longer exists.
We do free shipping.
Your T&Cs showed the $65 "surcharge" when I made my comment, but has now disappeared, so you must have deleted that just now.
Who knows what they'll say tomorrow.
I think your cache cleared or has been updated. It was actually gone with our previous discussion.
My cache is cleared multiple times per day, and I only checked prior to making my comment above.

@Blinds City: I've been quite open about the fact you treated a family member like rubbish post-purchase with a manufacturing fault as I've noted before. I've never bought from you or made an offer - you've obviously had problems with others which is hardly a surprise if you keep fiddling with your T&Cs.
@AngryChicken: You assume a lot like with the $65 surcharge.
Again it is up to you to keep writing messages and negging our deals even though it is not related to what you are saying.

Voting Guidelines set out three valid reasons for negging a deal: (a) The deal is not the cheapest available; (b) Defective product; (c) Major issues with retailer.
Ultimately people will make their own decisions, but the fact is your deal posting history is appalling anyway.

3 - find a product, material that is exactly the same and we will have best pricing. Same factories manufacture it so quality is mostly the same but we offer higher end with better pricing.
Also we have the make an offer feature the same way you can negotiate in house with sales reps. But when we get ridiculous offers we can't accept all offers if it's more then 100% off.
If you do not have anything else to say apart of what you thought we did or what we should do please stop looking at our deals If you are not interested in or in the market for. We are giving discounts to the people who are.
Not only that, obviously blinds is not a big thing on ozbargain so our votes are pretty good. We are the only Blinds company on here. I think that is fantastic to supply to people on here.

There is no issues with us with customers.
We help everyone but if a deal is not feasible we can't justify to do it if we can't do it. You clearly have a person attack on us us not reflecting what we do. We should not have to keep dealing with you every post because of this.

Oh wow i was about to order roller shutters but then after the above review changed my mind. 25% off is good but if there are hidden unknown costs then rather play safe and order somewhere else.

I actually ordered 5 roller blinds from them and 4 from halpriceblinds few months ago and I def prefer the ones from blinds City.
They feel more premium..fittings, fabric and the bottom bar.

That is what we use, Premium materials at the budget prices.
When you compare our materials with the other online company like you did they give all basic range but we offer more.

Can you make roller blinds just over 3m wide- 3215mm to be precise, with a drop of 1770mm.

Curtains or plantation shutters could do the width as well as vertical blinds.
This company advertises "FREE DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE ON ALL CUSTOM MADE BLINDS" on their home page but that's rubbish as hidden in their own T&Cs is the following:
"DELIVERY CHARGES $65 SURCHARGE APPLIES TO QUANTITY OF 1-3 BLINDS."
You only discover this at the very end of an order.
I wouldn't use this company especially after a family member had all sorts of issues with them as I've mentioned before.
You're probably better off with Half Price Blinds as recommended by member @bloom.
