I can’t see how to get the value? All i see is pricejacked fares “suitable for scoot insider”. My route was mel - txl for may 2019 .. none of which accepted the 40% code I got in email

I received the 40% off code but after applying it at check out, it only took roughly 15-20% which is a far stretch from the advertised 40%.

yeah. i had the same thing.
It takes off 40% from the fare only, not taxes which is fair enough. However after applying the voucher it only allows payment by credit card for the balance and adds on $20 AUD fee.
Wow $212 extra just for a checked in bag return trip! Although $661 return to greece seems pretty decent
Got the 40% off code and I keep trying to apply it to one-way fares to/from Athens. Doesn't seem to work though, even though I specifically picked fares marked as "Scoot Insider Voucher" :(

So, total base fare is $1172.05.
I'm being told the discount = $AUD226.80… which is ~= 19% not 40%.
So, OP, how is this supposed to work? Does each passenger need a voucher? The numbers aren't adding up.
Only the base fare was marked down. Tax & Service fees didn't change
