  • Can ShopBack be trusted though?

Less than 6 out of 10 from trust pilot…

    • I bought 5 holiday packages through Groupon and they all tracked within an hour or so.

I haven't had any bad experiences myself yet.

      • As I said before, for me it's a different story only 1/2 of mine come through, even though I've done everything they've asked for, for tracking to work. Don't add the item into the cart before etc…

  • But the bar had been set…

    • True. I see it this way - if CR don't resume the 10% and the 8% offered by SB reverts back to 2.8% then the best cashback rate will be CR's current rate of 4%.

I know which one I would prefer.

Oh God, I know this is going to be unpopular but please, everyone, don't buy this phone.

I know we all love gadgets here at Ozbargain, especially when they're brand new. But phones selling for North of $1,000?! That's ridiculous. At some point, we must all agree to say a collective 'No!' to this level of corporate greed.

    Edit: Fixed punctuation.

    • Lol they can charge whatever they want, its up to the consumers to decide whether they purchase or not

How many hours a day do you use your phone? How many functions does it serve? How much of your digital life does it store?

When you actually compare and contrast this against say, a home laptop, the pricing doesn't seem all that unreasonable - especially if you're the type (like me) to only buy a new one every 3 or 4 years)…

How many hours do I use my phone a day? No more than I used 3 years ago. You know, when flagship phones cost less than a $1,000.

We all have our value determination, doesn’t always have to make sense to others, nor should it need to.

  • No one's buying our absurdly expensive phone, increase commissions to affiliates.

  • Good news folks. The 10% cashback offer from CR is back on.
