    EA can rot in hell.

    • Calm down

    • Yes, EA is the devil, we get it. But no point in also punishing the developers. I don’t get why Take 2 seems to get a free pass. The micro transactions in GTA Online are disgraceful and are absolutely worse than anything EA has tried to pull. Doesn’t change the fact that Rockstar is an incredible developer (albeit with insane budget and resources).

Dice sold their soul. They are just as guilty because they continue to work for EA. Only sheep blindly follow them now defending EA.

        • Dice is a subsidiary of EA, how on earth could they not continue to work for EA? You’re a good example of not knowing what you’re talking about, and jumping on the EA bashing bandwagon.

@aja12: Ad hominems aside, dice used to be private before selling out to EA. Westwood was the first domino to fall but at the time EA made great games and were none the wiser.

Also rockstar have complete and award winning solo player games with 0 micro transactions.

https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/96e9j5/ea_deleted_m… - just a recent example of why EA is a scumbag company and anyone that supports them is complicit despite any mental gymnastics you want to play.

        • @Skinnerr: Yes, Rockstar make phenomenal single player experiences. I have nothing bad to say about Rockstar. Take 2? I don’t have so much praise for.

Look at the preorder versions of RDR 2 - single player missions behind pay walls. We haven’t seen this with a Rockstar game on release before. I’m all for paid DLC, but putting launch solo content behind a pay wall? What would you call that?

        • @aja12: I call it greed and sad if rockstar has gone down that path. Let's just say I'm rather bitter to the state of gaming in general this decade and what it's devolved into.
