  A's Video Converter (Donationware) converts video files using your AMD/NVIDIA graphics card. Got 300fps on a Radeon RX 460. Only concern was the aspect ratio metadata wasn't retained.

      Looks like they do decoding acceleration only though. A's converted an MPEG2 movie to H.265 in 5 minutes.

        Correction: StaxRip does have accelerated encoding. Couldn't find how to do it in Hybrid though.

        @scupper:

        Load a file and Base->Processing->Video select VCEEnc from the drop down.

        VCEEnc is the encoder that uses AMD's hardware video encoding.

        You'll then have a tab to access the config for VCEEnc.

        For any filtering you do you should turn on OpenCL to take advantage of the GPU, (little faster on AMD GPUs).
