A friend went Emirates first to Auckland from SYd. Includes an onboard shower on the A380. Go figure!
It also comes with 40kg luggage, meal, pillow and blanket, priority baggage, etc. so for an extra $140 it seems like pretty decent value if you needed those things.
Possibly flight review vloggers/etc. Very cheap way to check out the seats.
It's the same plane they use for Kuala Lumpur to Gold Coast, which is a longer ~8 hour flight.
Nothing really available December/January at discounted rates unfortunately. Keen to get to Kiwiburn :o
Christmas and NY is just about impossible. It's sometimes cheaper for both my parents to fly from NZ to Aus return, than for me to fly to NZ return.
Who would need a flatbed Gold Coast to NZ? It's 3 hours.
