I think these are the original. There are several clones floating around including: Brainwavz HM5, Lindy HF-100, Fischer Audio FA-003 and NVX Audio XPT100.

Well regarded in terms of audio quality, very comfy (with tons of 3rd party pads available on eBay/aliexpress). Only downside is the notoriously flimsy plastic bit that connects the headband to the cups, so treat with care.

Just for reference the HM5s are currently selling for $130 USD.
