As with any savvy shopper, your concerns are very valid jv. However, rest assured, we are here to stay, we have to sign a long term lease just like any other shops and on top of that you are also covered by the manufacturer's international warranty.

Your welcome, you just need to email or call anker support, and show them a video of your problem and they usually will send you a new unit if it is with the warranty period but it will be shipped from overseas.. so have to wait for a qhile… but with us, we just give you a new one from local stock.
