    So are you saying you'll get all of that for $17.36, for Prime members? Or just the flashlight like yesterday's deal? It's showing $39.99 now before the sale, and in the post you said "ThorFire C8s Flashlight $23.35 (Prime $17.36) shipped", so I am not sure if the battery and charger include in the $17.36 price.

      They told me to check the same listing as the other day. Seems they've updated the listing since then so it's possible you get it all. Unless of course they change it just before the sale in which case I'll update it.

    I hope this helps some people have an idea of what battery and charger they need, as I was abit lost when ordering my first torch this week. Also if you want any help or recommendations /r/flashlight and budgetlightforums was very helpful and didn't mind me asking alot of questions

      Yeah I went with the Imalent ones from "supersports600" for my BLF Q8, still waiting for them to arrive but they seem to review well, and are pretty cheap if you don't want to risk the random cheap Ebay batteries.

    any idea how big is this torch? one photo shows it uses only one ?AA battery, another photo shows a hand holding the torch like a big flash light.

      The torch is approximately 145mm long and the diameter ranges from ~25mm wide for the battery tube, up to 45mm at the globe end - and it takes a single 18650 battery.

      I was disappointed with this one. It's super bright but with a yellow tone and a hot spot in the middle like old school torches. I prefer a focused beam with a consistently lit circle. Even prefer them fixed rather than zoomable but I know I am going against the grain.

    Bought a Convoy C8+ with XPL HI just the other day, brilliant little light especially with the XPL HI LED.

    Remember C8's are a very good light if you're after throw, if you're chasing flood look elsewhere.

          @Major Mess: If you weren't (Mod: Personal Attack Removed) you'd go to the revisions tab and see that the price was updated within 5 mins of the sale starting. So were the listing details. It was said that it most likely wasn't the bundle (by the mods) but couldn't be confirmed until the deal was open. That was changed this morning when the deal did open as new info became available. Don't bullshit and pretend they were updated "well after the sale had started" when I can easily prove you're full of shit.

          They refunded both torches straight away and say I can keep the book

          I can re order one of the torches and they will refund the price difference for the lightning deal, but this one is out of stock

          So a fairly good result customer service wise
