    • Agree. I want to see shop back rep here, guarantee we will get sooner. When the delivery received they should release the cash back in the next 2 to 3 day.

      Also what if no one at home (working) during the day, can they deliver to parcel collect for example?

        Taken from the Shopback website: Cashback is payable for new customers only. Valid on Classic, Family & Veggie Boxes only and ongoing subscriptions.

        So to be safe, you would need to keep receiving deliveries for another 3 weeks at full price until the 30 day mark has arrived and the cashback paid to you.

  • I just moved into a new rental house. I saw the previous tenant had a Hello Fresh box in the kitchen during one of my inspections. Does this mean I won't be eligible for this, since it won't be the first time someone with this address has ordered from Hello Fresh?

        • OP is not a rep. Anyway death24 should have a tenancy agreement (hopefully) with move-in date dated after the last order to that address.

    I've had Hellofresh many times before.

    Be aware that it is NOT an easy process to cancel. I've not found a more difficult cancellation process.

    If you fail to cancel correctly and do not have the funds on your prepaid debit card (which you should only ever be using for online transactions) then they will still deliver anyway and send you an invoice which if unpaid is sent to debt collectors who will harass you for payment for many months until they eventually give up.

    The food is great, the recipes are easy to follow. I would recommend them just be aware it's not easy to cancel.

      • Cancelling mealpal is just a few clicks now. They used to require email confirmation but not anymore.

    • prepaid debit card (which you should only ever be using for online transactions)

      All credit cards have zero liability protection. shrug

    • I don't remember it being difficult at all to cancel my hello fresh (I only did so because I disagree a trail and it was good but I decided I preferred Dinner Twist).

    • It says in the 'support' section that all you needed to do was login and cancel subscription in the settings? Does that process not work? Was thinking about giving this a go… but not at $110 p/w lol

  • Rep, do you know when this cashback deal expires? Considering the history of HelloFresh when it comes to deals like this, I'd rather let other people be the guinea pigs with $189…

      • Same as you. I'd set delivery for this Saturday but I changed to Wednesday. The delivery calendar suggests first delivery would be next Wednesday (not showing anything for this Saturday) so hopefully that's done it.

        The email from HelloFresh said the cut-off time for changes is Wednesday 11:59PM so if you do want to change the day then you have to do so tonight.

    They are working hard to be better than cashrewards and I have to admit that I tend to use shopback more than cashrewards.

    However, I am sure that most customer would use Cashrewards in the future if Shopback fail to deliver on their promises.

    Still not yet tracked even though Shopback site says that it can take up to 48 hours to be tracked so I have lodged the investigation yesterday. Sad that REP has gone quiet since the deal expired and not respond to the concerns of the above posters.
