    To get the deal you need a US or a Canadian IP address. Ask your mates in the US/Can to signup for you or use Hotspot Shield or Tor.

  same here I got Google voice number and i can ring any USA or Canada home or mobile number and talk as much as i want for FREE!
  plus i got a voip ATA router ,so iam using a cordless phone ,so no need to use the computer at all.
  if anyone need a help how to set Google voice, pm me

    Google Voice requires a valid mobile phone number now and not a home phone number…

  Sorry I have done a while ago, I did use an IPKALL number ,cause Google need to verify your home number.
  EarthMan you need to register for Ipkall number first.

  Well Google voice sure is free for those logged into gmail on a terminal but i needed something I can install on my phone and take on the road. With skype installed on iPhone and HTC desire.. you get the idea

  Svenk you need to use an ATA router with a Ipkall number or even you can use a PennyTel account.
  you cant have an Oz number .Google can ring any number home or mobile in USA or Canada.
