Private PayPal accounts don't have a good way of viewing PayPal transaction funding sources. You have been charged the correct advertised amount, a 3rd part has contributed the shipping costs noted in the transaction amount. Business Paypal users can check the Funding Sources section of the transaction to view where the funding for the transaction came from. I haven't found a good way to view the funding sources on a private paypal account.
Q> How long until items are shipped
