          All my cookware are not nonstick. They are either stainless steel or cast iron. There really isn't a reason to buy nonstick cookware except for cooking delicate foods such as eggs. Well seasoned cast iron and using enough oil in stainless steel is non stick enough with significantly better durability qualities. Some health concerns with nonstick materials too.

    Are they 18/0 or 18/10 stainless steel?
    How long is the lifetime warranty for and what does it actually cover?
    What is the process to return this under warranty?

      Similar performance Iplau. Essteele and Anolon are both Manufactured by Meyer Cookware.

        Difference would be the country of origin. Essteele is made in Italy and Anolon is made in Thailand.
        Just weary that there is quite a few reviews saying Anolon won't honor their warranty, and the copper layer separating from the base.

        Compared to reviews on Essteele Per Vita which are mostly good and didn't mention the copper layer seperating.

        Totally interested in buying this one if you can do a good deal on it!, I think the best deal was around $170 shipped from you guys.
