I just submitted a successful entry so hopefully it works for you now.
Form doesn't seem to be working for me. It kept highlighting the mobile number section and saying I wasn't entering my "email" properly (even though it was the mobile field showing the error). So I tried entering my email in the phone section and submitted and it came up with a "oops, something went wrong" error. Oh well. Will try later.
